Thank you for visiting our website and finding out about our plans for a third employment unit at St. Modwen Park Gatwick.
We are close to finalising our plans and we will be submitting a planning application to Mid Sussex District Council soon.
The planning application will be supported by a range of technical documents that consider all issues relevant to development of the site, including a Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, Transport Assessment, and Air Quality Assessment.
Once we submit our planning application, the council will undertake its own consultation and give the local community a formal opportunity to comment on our plans.
